Can I access any form of rebate for the program?
You may be eligible for funding assistance through medicare and private health insurance. Rebates through health insurance are based on individual health funds, annual limit and level of cover. Medicare rebates are dependent on GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement qualification.
Rebates are only available for programs that include in-person consultations with our allied health team.
Do I qualify for a rebate under Medicare?
Patients living with a chronic condition and complex care needs may be eligible for Individual Allied Health Services and/or Allied Health Group Services under Medicare. Eligibility is determined by your GP so please ask them about the qualification criteria during your next consultation.
How do I claim back through my health fund?
Health Solutions provide an itemised receipt to claim eligible rebates through your health fund. This will be provided upon program completion.

As soon as you like! Once payment is received, you will gain access to your program in 'My Library' in the top navigation bar and an email will be sent to your inbox with information on 'Getting Started'.
If the program includes consultations with our team, you can contact reception and schedule your first appointments.
How do I pay?
All payment for programs, products and services can be made via the 'Store'. Simply select the program or product specific to your needs, read through the enrolment page and select the option that fits best for you.
Are all payments secure?
Health Solutions are partnered with Stripe for all payments. Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL). Stripe payments system has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
I work very long hours and have very little time, how can I participate?
All programs work in with your schedule, whether it be shift work or family commitments. Every program gives you complete access to the tools and strategies to be able to commit to your health, enabling you to participate at any time.
How does 'lifetime access' to programs work?
All programs and products comes with the guarantee of lifetime access. This enables you to enjoy lessons, recipes, exercise programs, worksheets, infographics, guides, cooking demonstrations, etc. etc. over and over again.

I need to travel half way through my program. Can I freeze or pause the program?
There are times when the need for travel is outside our control. The benefit of Telehealth enables consistent access to your products and programs. All you need is an internet connection. Nutritional, exercise and mindfulness programming can be tailored to suit your travel situation.
