myHealth is not just an exercise or rehab program, or a nutrition program and it’s not just a ‘get in shape’ program. Of course we do teach you what to eat, how to eat, how to move and why, but more importantly, myHealth is a behaviour change program. For it is only when we change our daily behaviour that we can get fit, strong and healthy.
At myHealth’s core is the evidence based, peer reviewed One-Habit Method which guides you gradually, but strategically through a series of daily steps and focused actions specific to your treatment goal. The program incorporates nutrition, rehabilitation, exercise and change psychology through collaborative exercise physiology and dietetics management.
You may be eligible for funding assistance through medicare and private health insurance. Rebates through health insurance are based on individual health funds, annual limit and level of cover. Medicare rebates are dependent on GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement qualification.
